Enrolment Process

We would love you and your family to join us, we have a very easy 3 step guide to follow the process and make a successful booking of your little one.

Let’s try!

Childcare gives your child an opportunity to develop social skills, which helps them form healthy relationships with others, in order to achieve this, we need to ensure that we are making a healthy transition to this new part of their life.

Once you have made the decision to join our Service, we will arrange 2 trail days of 3 hours each to ensure your child’s transition is as easy as can be including for you as parents. (Note trail days are free of charge)

Before booking your trial days you need to provide us, with:

Welcome to the family!

After the trial days, we will begin to book your child in for your requested days.

We will set up a Story Park account, and your Kiosk account allowing you to sign your child in and out using the iPad.

Every child must be signed in and out of the centre on each day of attendance, and this can be only done by authorized individuals listed on your enrolment form

Fees

Childcare Subsidy is assessed based on your combined income and is provided directly to the service by Centrelink.

Families will need to apply prior to commencing childcare through the MYGOV Services.

0-2 years  $118
2-3 years  $115
3-5 years  $113

Childcare Subsidy

Government childcare subsidy is available at our centre. You will need to lodge a childcare benefit form with the Family Assistance Office (FAO).

Childcare benefit (CCB)

Childcare Subsidy is assessed based on your combined income and is provided directly to the service by Centrelink. Families will need to apply prior to commencing childcare through the MYGOV Services.

Absence days CCB

CCS is paid up to 42 absence days for each child per financial year which include casual days off, holidays and illness without a medical certificate. When 42 days have been reached by the family CCS will not assist with payment of any further absences.

Absence accompanied

By a medical certificate does not count towards the 42-day allowance. The number of absence days your child uses will be stated on your account.

Absence taken

For reasons such as illness (with a medical certificate) rotating shifts, periods of local emergency, shared custody arrangements, etc are known as additional absence days. There is no limit on the number of additional absence days a child’s family may claim providing they are taken for the above listed reasons.
