# Tuart Hill Baby & Child Care Centre > Established in 1996, Tuart Hill Baby & Child Care Centre is a family owned business operating across two distinct but nearby locations in Perth WA. Our primary address provides a safe, welcoming environment with quality long day care and play based learning for babies and children aged 0 to 6 years, open Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 6:00pm. We are fully approved for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS). Our second location, Tuart Hill Out of School Care (THOSC), is a dedicated before and after school centre open Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 9:00am and 3:00pm to 6:00pm, complete with pick up and drop off services for two surrounding schools. Our experienced educators support every child's unique needs across both centres, guided by a philosophy built around play based learning, a home away from home environment and strong family involvement, delivered in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards. The centre is run by siblings Joy and Anthony, supported by a long standing team of qualified educators, room leaders and food coordinators.
